i bought a go pro hd cam. Level 4 is high enough, no need to get a 16gb that is a level 10 and pay the same or more, i just clicked it in and bam! works just like that. This card is FAST and is just a great product. I can watch the videos right of the camera. Great buy! -- IF YOU HAVE A GO PRO HERO HD BUY THIS!
I bought this product for my digital camera (Canon Power Shot SD400) and I have a card reader (MobilemMate SD+)for my laptop. This SD card DID NOT WORK! I called Kingston customer service and was told that this product are not compatible with my camera and card reader...?? How come this information is no where to find on the website? I don't think I will purchase any Kingston products again. -- I bought 2 cards and both of them DIDN'T WORK!!
Needed to separate some files and transport. This card was all I needed. Have used Kingston in the past and they are reliable. Worked out of the box as promised and have used it for a few weeks now. -- Does What It Is Supposed To
My title says it all. It's cheap, does the job. That's about what I expected! -- For the money, it's a good buy.
I bought 4 of these cards trying to save a little money, and now I'm paying the price! These cards are packaged like originals, but they are cheap Chinese knock-offs. The write speed is much slower than the 4mb/sec class 4 rating. I took these on a video shoot, and had major problems. Just don't do it!!! -- Item is not genuine Kingston - The money you save could cost you!

Sorry, what you are asking is impossible.
Plugging the camera into the external hard drive will do nothing whatsoever.
The USB ports on both your camera and the external hard drive require a computer for them to connect to.. as the computer has the necessary drivers for them to work as storage devices.
Sorry this isn't what you wanted to hear, but likely what you expected.
