This device exceeded my expectations. Ease of use and the quality is excellent. The FlipShare software is very easy to navigate and it makes it easy to send "movies" to family and friends. I purchased the HDMI cable and it was a piece of cake to hook up to an HD TV -- Great Quality and easy to use
Good point and shoot toy
However I am having problems with the battery (not charging - red light blinking while charging). This seems like a common problem. Tried using the solutions offer by Cisco but to no avail

I ordered the Flip UltraHD Camcorder, 120 mins in black for my husband's birthday. We tried it out at a wedding, and viewing the videos on the camcorder was fine, but the screen is a little small. However, once we put them on the computer and viewed them, the videos were really choppy. We could hear everything that was going on, but some of the screens would freeze and a minute later, the screen that it should be at would evenutually come up. So all in all, we really weren't able to watch the recordings except for on the small screen on the camcorder. We tried opening the videos in different programs on my computer as well, but they did the same thing. One other thing I didn't like about this was that you couldn't record in low-lit rooms, unless you just wanted the audio. A light/flash would be helpful. It was a pretty big disappointment. I bought it thinking this would be super easy to use, and to get HD video at this price. I don't know if I just got a bad one, because most of the reviews talk this camcorder up. But I won't be buying another one. -- Not that satisfied - had to return.
My daughter always likes video cameras. When her 8th birthday came up, she wanted a video camera of her own. Under 150 dollars range for grandparents and pasrents to share the cost, this is the one to get. My daughter loves it. I even borrow it for shootings of the events she was in. Can't find anything easier than this one to use. It is for sure the open the box and start to enjoy kind of gift. -- Great gift for a young kid

I'm pretty sure Graco might be able to help you out. I know Grace did do some of the Simplicty lines Cribs. I suggest contacting Graco, or even the CSPC recall line to ask them. I too have a crib from Simplicity and Im not at home to check if its a defective model or not.

the best way would be to get a high definition set top box and plug it in with either composite or hdmi if the projector has it, or whatever input that you are using for your xbox if there are not enough inputs into the projector you may have to either share them or get an AV switch so that you can use one input to share with multiple devices, but unless you have a high definition set top box there is no other way that you will be able to get high definition television on your projector.. Remember that with the set top box that you need a god antanna, you need to take the coax cable out of the vcr, then plug it into the set top box, then plug a coax cable from the signal output of the set top box into the VCR if you still want to use that as a tv tuner, otherwise just remove the vcr altogether is probably the best way for good signal

well, this is all well and good, but if my parents use this on me, I’ll use ubuntu, or another distro of linux. I’m 15, but I’m really good with computers, unlike this “Vista Expert” who only knows how to use basic Windows functions. These people are stupid. And with the games, just use wine, or enter the command prompt and give root access, or format the windows partition. They can find a way, because I did.

the zune is more geared towards music and video playback, but it also has a pretty good browser, and about 20 games and apps. you also get FM and HD radio, and you can output 720P HD files to your TV with an optional dock.
the touch is more geared towards games and internet. but it plays music and videos, but the screen is not as good as the zunes and the sound quality is not as good either.
itunes is horrible IMO compaired to the zune software.
both players have advantages over the other, but the zune seems to be the more rounded media player. and if games and apps are not your thing, there is no reason to even be looking at the touch. also the zune is smaller and lighter so it is better for working out, plus it wont get all scratched up like the ipod touch will.
